My name is Tom Herzmann, I have been in the real estate industry for seven years now, all with Oakridge Real Estate. I really enjoy my time getting to know my clients and their families. I have resided in Cedar Falls since coming to UNI in the fall of 2001. I have loved the Cedar Valley so much that we decided to call it home. I am a hard-working and dedicated individual-devoted to putting my hard work ethic and great customer service to work for you as your REALTOR®. I work with seller’s, trying to sell their home for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, and with the best terms. I also work with buyer’s, helping them find that house that they have always dreamed of living in that fits their needs and budget. I manage the transaction from the time I first meet with the client to following-up after closing, and beyond. My goal is to be my client’s lifetime REALTOR®, by earning their trust and respect and performing above their expectations.
