When Tom is not working with clients or volunteering his time in the community, he loves to enjoy all the activities the Cedar Valley has to offer with his family and friends. You can catch Tom attending sporting events, and enjoying being outside. Most importantly Tom loves the title of Husband to his wife Deana of 20 years, and Dad to his children Sydney, Keegan, and Paige.

More than a real estate agent, Tom is an active member of the Cedar Valley community.  Tom is an assistant scoutmaster with Scouts BSA with Troop 500 from Cedar Falls, Tom also serves on the district and council committees with Scouts BSA.  Tom has served many years on committees with the NEIRBR and is the RPAC Chair this year as well as the past president director.  Tom is a dedicated blood donor for the American Red Cross.  In the past, Tom served as the Board President for the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® (overseeing membership of 700+ agents in 13+ counties), and was the President of the Cedar Valley Soccer Club (CVSC) from Waterloo.

I currently serve as the President of the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS®, overseeing membership of 700+ agents in 13+ counties.  I had previously served in many other leadership capacities since becoming licensed in 2013.  I also serve as the President of the Cedar Valley Soccer Club (CVSC) from Waterloo, with membership of 2000+ children from 16+ communities.  I have served the Club since my oldest daughter started with the Club in 2011.  I am an assistant scoutmaster with Scouts BSA with Troop 500 from Cedar Falls.  I was formerly the Cubmaster at Pack 3179 at Lincoln Elementary and have been involved with Scouts since my son was in the first grade.  I have donated blood with the American Red Cross since I was 17 and have recently earned my 10-gallon pin for my donations!  Helping save up to 252 lives. (84 pints -up to 3 lives each) I actively donate to the CVSC, Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts, Northeast Iowa Food Bank, House of Hope, and the Habitat for Humanity among other local non-profits.
